Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We ship nationwide in the Philippines.

• Standard Shipping: ₱99 – 3 to 7 business days

• Free Shipping: For orders above ₱2,000.00

• Metro Manila Deliveries: Usually faster (2–4 business days)

• Provincial Deliveries: May take longer depending on courier partner

 

Courier Partners

We work with trusted couriers like J&T Express, LBC, and Shopee Xpress to ensure your order arrives safely.

 

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to check your parcel’s status via the courier’s website.

 

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the Philippines.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame:

• Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

• We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
